Officers of Physical Therapy Company Face 10 Years in Prison for Medicare Fraud

Angel Gonzalez and Adrian Chalarca, respectively the owner and President, of Florida-based Dynamic Therapy, Inc. may spend as much as a decade each behind bars for submitting false claims to Medicare, according to DoJ. The two corporate officers pleaded guilty on Friday to billing Medicare for inappropriate physical therapy to unqualified patients.
